Returns & Refund Policy

The Royal Roses sells perishable goods. As such, once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order or offer any refunds at this time.  All sales are final. 

 

Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged item, we will try and make it right.  However, FedEx must be notified to investigate the damage and process any claims.

Once an item is delivery per FedEx policy, we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen from porches or outside the home or business.
